We are responsible for turning an architect's design and a project owner's visions into reality. Whether we are building a bank, church, recreation center, school, library, medical building, retail space, commercial office building or other project ... and whether it is a large or small project - We are your partners working to deliver a quality project to you on time and in a cost-effective manner. Our extensive Construction Management and General Contracting Services background is very useful while planning a project. Our Commitment to Technology with C-bid Process
As part of the Construction Management and General Contracting Services process we signed up for the C-bid system in 2001. We were the first major General Contractor in the Denver area to go online with the bid process for sub-contractors. What makes our commitment to this technology exceptional is that we do not charge our subs to access our C-Bid system nor do we make them purchase additional software. Addition/Remodel and Renovation
W.O. Danielson Construction Company, Ltd., is vastly experienced in addition/remodel and renovation projects. Our field personnel pay special attention to safety so that work is completed without disruption to occupied spaces.
Restoration Reconstruction
Aside from our new construction projects, W.O. Danielson Construction Company, Ltd. has brought their extensive Construction Management and General Contracting Services experience to the Restoration Reconstruction. W.O. Danielson Construction Company was founded in 1961 and named for the owner W.O. (Bill) Danielson. W.O. Danielson Construction was incorporated in 1970 into W.O. Danielson Construction Company, Ltd.
Thomas D. Dillavou
Upon his graduation from Iowa State University, with a degree in Construction Management, Tom joined Bill as an Estimator in 1978. In 1980, Tom became a Project Manager, which at that time, was a new concept. In 1983, Tom became Bill’s partner and was named President, with Bill as CEO. Upon Bill’s retirement in May 2008, Tom assumed the position of CEO, while continuing as President. Even as CEO, Tom continues to perform as Chief Estimator and Project Manager.
Tim Dillavou
Tim joined Danielson Construction in 1981 as a Superintendent, with a degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. In 1993, he became a Project Manager and was named Vice President in 1994. Since 1996, Tim has also performed as Danielson’s Safety Officer and continues to perform as Project Manager.
