As part of the Construction Management and General Contracting Services process we signed up for the C-bid system in 2001. We were the first major General Contractor in the Denver area to go online with the bid process for sub-contractors. What makes our commitment to this technology exceptional is that we do not charge our subs to access our C-Bid system nor do we make them purchase additional software. W.O. Danielson Construction Company, Ltd., is vastly experienced in addition/remodel and renovation projects. Our field personnel pay special attention to safety so that work is completed without disruption to occupied spaces.

Danielson in 1961. W.O. is an owner of the company and is still active in the
business. He is responsible for conceptual estimates, financing, and value
engineering.

Tom Dillavou, is also an owner, President and Secretary of W. O. Danielson
Construction Company, Ltd. In the capacity as President, he is Manager of
Operations including all on-going activities, pre-construction and project
management.
