This new two-story, 140,000 square foot school situated on 40 acres of the old Fehringer Ranch included classroom wing with theater, two gyms (secondary gym with Taraflex sport floor), and a single-story fine arts cafeteria wing. Site facilities include baseball/softball fields with chain link enclosure and dugouts, cinder running track, sod football, soccer and practice fields and fence enclosed tennis courts.
